WELCOME TO CITIZENSHIP TEST PREPARATION!

This course provides study materials and practice to prepare for the U.S. History and Civics testing requirement to obtain U.S. Citizenship. You should begin with Discovery and Colonization and study the ten topic areas in order. Clicking on an image will take you to the course materials for that topic. (Note that only The Constitution and The Civil War are implemented at this time.) Completing the practice activities for each topic will help you better prepare for the exam. You can also listen to some of the practice activities in English to help you with pronunciation and listening skills. You can read definitions to key words in the text to help you learn the vocabulary, too.

For information on how to apply for citizenship or to review additional study materials and practice, please visit the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services web site.
